The Town of Naches is now accepting proposals for hanging flower baskets for 2027. Each year, the Town of Naches purchases a large number of hanging baskets which are distributed throughout the town and enjoyed by the community during the spring, summer, and early fall months. The Town will select a supplier in 2026 to allow the awarded company ample time for ordering and growing. Applicants should note that while the type of flower does not need to be specific, the baskets will be hanging on light poles, receiving water on a drip line, and will be subject to full sun and potential high winds. Staff will maintain the baskets after pick up, and routinely check water systems. Fertilization requirements should be minimal but can occur occasionally throughout the seasons.
