Rental Information

Small to Medium Group Package – (up to 50 people)

available November 1, through April 30th.
$350 for four hours which includes 1/2 hour before, 3 hour event & 1/2 hour after your event for clean-up and take down.
For an 8 hour event $700 which includes ½ hour before,
7 hour event & ½ hour after your event for clean-up and take down. Tables and chairs available with the rental of this package for indoor use.

Medium to Large Group Package – (up to 100 people)

May 1, through October 31st.
$700 for four hours which includes 1/2 hour before, 3 hour event & 1/2 hour after your event for clean-up and take down.
For an 8 hour event $1100 which includes ½ hour before,
7 hour event & ½ hour after your event for clean-up and take down.

We will customize our services to make your event special. Half down is required at time of booking with payment in full required 3 weeks prior to your event.

In addition a $500 damage/cleaning deposit is required which is refundable provided there is no damage to furnishings or equipment, or excessive cleaning required after your event.

Outdoor Tent Rental on Tennis Court – (Large Scale Event 100-200 People)

Available for a large group event or wedding

Saturday Rental – $2,400 A rental option specifically aimed towards large scale (100-200 people), events. This rental includes Friday night setup and all day Saturday, until 11pm, when event ends and clean up begins.

Rental includes Naches Event Center Hall. Now you can bring your hairdresser and make-up artist here with all your bridesmaids, get ready in the ladies changing room area for such special event. The Event Center also has a separate men’s bathroom with a separate changing room area.

The Naches Event Center building exterior is equipped with ab ADA compliance ramp with landing railings. Deck & railings, stairs & railing as well, Sidewalk.

This package requires separate tables and chairs rental from your favorite vendor. Portable toilets rental required, for an additional cost.
